Hocus Pocus

Saturday’s arrived with the Sonar-by-day full of people tired from the 2 previous days, but also ready for more experiences. The Sonar Village started to warm up with the French hip-hop band Hocus Pocus, lead by MC 20Syl. They showed a great mix: a band of guitar, bass and drum together with a fresh voice and the scratch and charisma of the singer-leader.

Mira Calix

The Hall presented the soft and elegant electronic experiments by Mira Calix (UK) surrounded by beautiful images on screen.

Khan of Finland

Later on at the same stage, the young veteran of the electronic weird scene Khan of Finland (Tomlab/DE) came to scene with a Flying V miniature guitar, and presented a sweet combination between pop and electronic sounds.

The Sonar Dome was already dancing at 4.30 with the selection of the UK label Modern Love, with Dj sets by Miles and the live shows from Claro Intelecto and Andy Stott.
