In the recent large-scale exhibitions, the exhibition itself, that is the ensemble collected by critics, is exhibited as if it’s an artwork. This exhibition called ZAC ’99 at Musée d’Art Moderne de Paris (the city museum of modern art) introduces and exhibits those associations.
It consists of not only art but also the design of objet d’art, architecture and music. Among them, ‘Buro’ is noteworthy. It features various artists each day as ‘Salon d’ecoute’. Also, you can enjoy the post industrial music with nine concerts, another project of Buro called ‘Burorama’.
A furniture/objet d’art design group called Radi Designers is also featured. They create objet d’arts pushing the boundaries of art and have once been featured on Fondation Cartier. I’ll keep my eyes on this group.
