Doujidai Gallery presents the exhibition by the artist Yuka Yamato from the collaboration project of The Espace Cheminee Nord and Artist in Residence Kyoto x Geneva exchange project.

Her installation works that express place, time and relationship between people with her delicate sensibility attracted people’s attention in some events such as Nakanojo Biennnale, BIWAKO Biennnale.

In this exhibition, she focuses “cane” as a something that people need to grip in our hand, and expresses that the place we stand will lead to the new path for us. The exhibition is also scheduled in Geneva in this fall. The opening party which the artist supposed to attend will be held in April 8th.
