One of the U.K’s most important contemporary art event “Frieze London”, which obviously organized by art magazine “FRIEZE” was taken place at Regent’s Park, London. Over 150 of the world’s most vital contemporary art galleries were representing over 1000 artists at forth Frieze Art Fair.

This used to be hyped as a young fair for young artists though not anymore.
Even inside U.K, here comes Tracy Emin, Sam Tayler-woods, Demian Hirst, all limelight shooting star artists were there. Which ever you see, you can find something very big names all around you. Yes it must be Valuable, but you may feel like so enough.

Like the shops in the selfridges, each spaces were divided with white partitions. For some people it is shopping than just watching. Especially London’s top gallery WHITE CUBE was very crowded with lots of buyers and audience.

Tracy Emin’s tabloid-ish style was as usual. Being Embroidery ex boyfriends names and lines like “who’s gonna merry me?” sounds scary a bit though any girl’s can feel same way at the same time.

At white cube most interesting Installation was Chapman brothers live portrait painting session. In the small room, the two keep drawing portraits and audience just watching them from very small entrance at the both side of the room. It looked like audience-joined type of Installation or just a joke. When they finished each portrait, they took pictures with the models. Sharleen lead singer of Texas was very happy to be painted by both of them.

Yvon Lambert from Paris exhibited Ruby stuffed Owl by Jasen bodge. All you can see is stuffed Owl, never know what’s in it actually. This work got huge attention from kids there. That’s probably this artist never even imagine. American photographer Nan Goldin’s works were surrounding the owl. These sexy and decadent images were suited to the place well.

Also in the park, there were some sculpture works by Sara Lucus’s and more. If you don’t wanna pay 17 pound for art sake, just pop in to this sculpture park will be fine enough!
