KEIKO ORIKASA “WINTER ISSUE”
A Sapporo-based candle artist Keiko Orikasa spots the beauty of transient nature and expresses the seasonal natural phenomena of Hokkaido and the delicate change of emotion. This is a candle series of four seasons, now currently with season “Winter Issue”.
REFUGEE CAMP “RAISE THE FLAG”
The 1st full album “Raise The Flag” by hip hop crew, Refugee Camp, will be released by 43 FORCE RECORDS on the end of this December. Refugee Camp is a Sapporo-based group composed of rappers, beat makers, and designers who were born in 1987.
TOMOHIRO SHIBUKI EXHIBITION “SEGMENT”
Tomohiro Shibuki is a Tokyo-based artist who works on textile design and wool art. He will be having a solo exhibition at Clark Gallery + SHIFT in his home prefecture, Hokkaido, from January 5th to 31st, 2016 and express a rock garden by the wool stone series “ici”.
KAIRAKUTEI BLACK SOLO PERFORMANCE
This is an annual solo Rakugo performance by a professional Japanese comic teller, Kairakutei Black. This year, it will be held at 7pm on December 23rd at MUSEUM. Enjoy his black jokes in honor of the Parting Year.
YASUKAZU TAKIHANA 2017 CALENDAR
At “ART FAIR SAPPORO 2016” during the end of last November, the 2017 Calendar by Yasukazu Takihana from Gallery MIKAZUKI, Hakodate had sold out. But, now limited numbers are sold at the MUSEUM store. If you missed it, come to MUSEUM early!
