An Australian design unit, Dinosaurdesign‘s works were displayed in the middle of the space. Colourful, but different from Keiichi Tanaami’s, accessories, tableware and various interior items were spread in the space.

These are plastic works by an Israeli designer Tal Gur. The way of display reminded me of Japanese Wabi-Sabi feeling. I also found Defyra‘s fairy-tale like space on every storey and space.

This place was like a base for a field operation of Designers Block. Rental bikes, cafes and HotSpot were prepared and people could enjoy this festival having this place as the base.

Inside the dome, old advertising posters of Absolute were displayed in a circle. There was also a cafe designed by Jerszy Seymour.

In the tent of Askul (online shop specialised in office tools), there was an installation of a new style of office and it might change people’s impression of office supplies. People tend to think office supplies are monochrome and a restrained design but Askul’s are fun to use where still practical.
