In 1960s, he had joined Bokujinkai in the opportunity to meet to Yuichi Inoue and Siryu Morita. As Higuchi’s field of calligraphy (shodo: the way of writing) is broad, in 80s he has collaborated with artists such as the fashion designer Kansai Yamamoto and the musician Ryudo Uzaki and performed much. Also now he performs and produces vigorously creative activities, and his works being lively fascinates people.

On October 22nd, his talk session with an artist Masao Okabe and a calligrapher/artist Yoichi Umeki will be scheduled.
