Group exhibition “TOKYO 2X2X” will be held at Maho Kubota Gallery, situated on a narrow street between upscale Gaien-nishi Dori street and a historical slope that dates back to medieval Tokyo from March 17th to April 18th, 2020.
Maho Kubota Gallery opened in 2016, specializing in contemporary art. The gallery space is located in Jingumae, an area of cultural crossover where Harujuku and Aoyama overlap. It aims to be open and accessible to all those who appreciate the arts and culture as part of their daily lives. Visual art does not stand alone—its chemistry is inter-linked with society and with other artistic expressions or historical context.
Presenting works by Aki Inomata, Atsushi Kaga, Miaz Brothers (Milan), Takanosuke Yasui, Taylor Kibby (Los Angels), Teppei Takeda and Yushi Suga.
