The first exhibition “not colored yet” by Midori Kawano will be held at CALM & PUNK GALLERY from January 26th to February 16th. The artist, Midori Kawano has worked on numerous CD jackets, music videos and other works as art director, graphic designer and video director.

She was attracted by the cosmic view of music and art and has been working freelance after her graduation from product design major at Tama Art University. Bridging the boundary between being a designer and an artist, she creates works based on her influences.


In this her first exhibition, she will mainly present her planer works focusing on the theme, “From a latent image to color pleasure”, and some of her products and works. Through her new work it will show the core of the artist’s expression.
