AOI YAMAGUCHI EXHIBITION “IN-EI: THE RESONANCE OF SHADOWS”
A California-based Japanese calligrapher/artist who are active in many parts of the world as a “bridge between different cultures”, Aoi Yamaguchi’s solo Exhibition “In-Ei: The Resonance of Shadows” will be held at Cross Hotel Sapporo from February 20th. On 19th, in conjunction with the opening reception, she will show a live performance in collaboration with Corey Fuller.

OKI DUB AINU BAND “UTARHYTHM”
On March 9th, a new album “Utarhythm” with their heart and soul will be released, the first time in this five years. “Utari” means cognate, fellow and compatriots in Ainu word. As bursting the traditional songs of the Ainu and expressing the songs that has been left in the Ainu in the rhythm, the sound of “Dub Ainu” itself nor the sound of any country nor a Ainu will be born.
