AYUMI.MITSUKANE “S/S 2016 COLLECTION”
The “Spring” has come in MUSEUM STORE with “ayumi.mitsukane“, a fashion brand by ayumi mitsukane. While lining up basic colors and minimally designs, this collection shows us a light and soft impression as overlaying organdy luxury to wear the air.
SENSE “SENSE V.A 05”
From “SenSe” which is the Sapporo based label which introduces creatives such as music and art, the 5th in a series “SenSe V.A 05” by Sapporo-based artists will be released on February 24th. “DOTMOV” by SHIFT will also call for entries to the “SenSe V.A 05” MV category in collaboration with SenSe, from March 1st.
AOI YAMAGUCHI EXHIBITION “IN-EI: THE RESONANCE OF SHADOWS”
A California-based Japanese calligrapher/artist who are active in many parts of the world as a “bridge between different cultures”, Aoi Yamaguchi’s solo Exhibition “In-Ei: The Resonance of Shadows” will be held at Cross Hotel Sapporo from February 20th. On 19th, in conjunction with the opening reception, she will show a live performance in collaboration with Corey Fuller.
OKI DUB AINU BAND “UTARHYTHM”
On March 9th, a new album “Utarhythm” with their heart and soul will be released, the first time in this five years. “Utari” means cognate, fellow and compatriots in Ainu word. As bursting the traditional songs of the Ainu and expressing the songs that has been left in the Ainu in the rhythm, the sound of “Dub Ainu” itself nor the sound of any country nor a Ainu will be born. Arrival in MUSEUM STORE simultaneously!
KEIKO ORIKASA EXHIBITION “ASPECT”
A candle artist, Keiko Orikasa’s solo exhibition “Aspect” is held till February 28th at Clark Gallery+SHIFT in Sapporo. For this exhibition, she will exhibit new 10 more works themed as “aspect”, that means the appearance of someone or something existing always, on the wall of the gallery.
