A digmeout artist, YUGO. who is an illustrator and recently gained popularity at Osaka “DMO ARTS” releases new pieces at his solo exhibition held at TOKYO CULTUART by BEAMS from July 28th to August 16th.

YUGO. has worked on design works and art directions to rock bands, musicians, apparel companies, music events and fashion magazines. He is an all-around artist especially in the field of music and fashion.

In this series, he draws the world of depressed and sometimes dirty daily life of the youth that he was inspired from lyrics of his favorite band, San Francisco based “GIRLS” (2007-2012). In addition to the original drawings, items which were produced for this solo exhibition will be sold at the venue. 

After the Tokyo exhibition, Fukuoka exhibition will be held at “TAG STA” from September 2nd to 30th. Osaka, Tokyo and Fukuoka, each venue will present different pieces.
