ECHIGO-TSUMARI ART TRIENNALE 2018
The 7th Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale will be held from July 29 to September 17, 2018. Echigo-Tsumari Art Triennale is one of the largest art festivals in the world and is held once every three years in the Echigo-Tsumari region since 2000.
This year, about 350 artworks, including existed and new ones created by international artists, are spread across the 760k㎡ area of Echigo-Tsumari Art Field.
Echigo-Tsumari 2018 Spring will be held from April 28 to May 6 at Echigo-Tsumari Satoyama Museum of Contemporary Art, KINARE. You will be able to witness the process of making artworks for the summer there.
Participating Artists include Leandro Erlich (Argentina), Santiago Sierra (Spain), Christian Boltanski (France), Xu Bing (China), Lee Bul (Korea), Damiáne Ortega (Mexico).
