The exhibition “Sightseeing” by Yusuke Shimura will be held at Yumiko Chiba Associates viewing room shinjuku.Inspired by the word “The Earth is Blue” by The first cosmonaut Gagarin, he express multi-angle for this works.
In this exhibition the latest photograph series “Sightseeing” will be showcased. He changes various realistic element like buildings, time, people, to parts and rebuilt them in the moment.
His works makes us sightseer by his original viewpoint. The sightseer taking photos in front of times square, baseball scene reflected on the monitor, the moment that people start to walk in an intersection etc.. Yusuke Shimura focus on a variety of subjects all at the same time and such presents that stories begin everywhere. These works let people who stands in front of his works.
