One of the world biggest international furniture fairs, The 47th Milano Salone Internazionale del Mobile was held from 16th to 21st April in Milan, Italy.

15th April – At the LEXUS party. Response and motion, black and white… how to fuse antinomy in high dimension is the theme of this exhibition. Heartbeat like simple BGM was soothing.

The artwork made in collaboration between LEXUS and Nendo.

16th April – Milano Salone opened. I stopped at Italian interior shop Dovetusai.

The vases made of Gore-Tex. The water proof material can make such things possible.

Then, I moved to Trienale design museum.

Cassina

The exhibition of Cassina, long running brand, gives you hints with its products archives to trace back through Cassina’s five decade history. Many exhibitions in this year’s Salone had this kind of archive concept.

After Cassina, I headed to Swarovski party.

And, above all, the work by Tokujin Yoshioka. Attention-grabbing objects are perfectly positioned.
