A digital film festival DOTMOV FESTIVAL will be held under the auspices of Hokkaido Foundation For Cultural Activities with the aim of discovering talented creators and providing an opportunity to show their works. We invite all creators in the world. World-class creators will select outstanding works from all the submissions. The cafe “SOSO“, produced by the online magazine “Shift” that introduces the forefront cultural information from Sapporo to overseas, is the venue of this cafe mixed cinema event. The works will be introduced for one month from the 1st to the 30th of November at Soso. During the festival, related audio & visual events will also be scheduled.
