A solo exhibition by Colliu will be held from July 1st to July 16th at the CALM & PUNK GALLERY in Tokyo. Colliu is an artist and model who presents art works of mixed drawings, paintings, and three-dimensional works, etc, and mainly on motifs of figurative human eyes.

Colliu has published paintings such as tribute series of masterpieces using various methods so far. The impressive eyes character drawn consistently in those works has crossed over two dimensions by a layer overlapping in a plane and has also been involved in the three dimensions in which the artist exist and has created their own space.

In this exhibition, not only past planar works, but also through large and small three dimensional works inspired by indoor decoration such as folding screen, a new worldview will be created. It’s the worldview that the world in the artworks and the real world in everyday overlap each other.
