Smelly appeared as a DJ after that. He played Michel Jackson’s tracks with placing a record sleeve of Michel in front of a booth and holding his photos in his arm. His MC “Bubbles is in the cage” got the space heated up. His performance was funny and very interesting. I thought he’s got the power to make me think so, even though I am a person who hates the current comedy programmes.

Basically, I am not good at the art and design, which focuses on drawing laughter, and had been always thinking, “I do not want to be laughed by art.” However, I have to admit that there is a possibility that the art can be a comedy after looking at the performances of Smelly and Toast Girl. Today, usual “comedians” find it hard to make people laugh with their ideas and stories based on true happenings. However, I think this sort of creators (Smelly and Toast Girl) seem to be more powerful with their art performance as “an acting”, which seriously focuses on seeking a true entertainment, and they would be influential to make widely a contemporary art spread out to the public.

From the second “Ouroboros,” an art battle will be held with a certain theme, such as an illustration, photography, a CG, a motion and so on. It is good to experience new talents that are in the place where I live. I am looking forward to seeing new surprises.
