A stencil work created for practice for Niseko Summer Fest 2012, Chisato Shinya, 2012

Niseko Summer Fest 2012 enjoying cuisine, wine, art and music will be held at Hilton Niseko Village which is popular as a summer resort from June 22nd to 24th, 2012.

In the main event, you can enjoy the marriage of special selected wine with authentic French cuisine collaboration between three chefs – Jerome De Koning from Le Pergolèse, one star Micheline restaurant in Hilton Tokyo, Yuichi Kamimura from KAMIMURA, one star Micheline restaurant in Niseko and Rob Shipman who is Executive Chef at Hilton Niseko Village. And also live music and art works produced by Chisato Shinya are as it’s gorgeous in the venue.

A temporary art gallery is set up in Hilton Niseko Village during the three days event. Some new art works by Chisato Shinya and several artists in Niseko will be exhibited and sold. Not only exhibition, but also you can attend stencil workshop using original designed stencil template (transfer printing). You can enjoy some tapas, wine, art with fine music by DJ Taketo Yanagihara in the festival eve 22nd, and the lunch with cooking demonstration by a chef in 24th. Please spend a great time with nice dishes, wine, art, music in the the vast nature resort in Niseko.
