
graniph award is a global t-shirt design competition. 2013 sees graniph continue its search for worldwide design talent from the legendary to the undiscovered and underappreciated. After careful deliberation they have chosen 1 Gold Prize, 5 Silver Prize and 9 Bronze Prize winners. Gold Prize is awarded to the design by EUNJOO born in Seoul, which is inspired by Kamo River using pale pink and blue. Beside it, you can see various unique designs in other winning T-shirts. The exhibition and performance “Japanese Suitcase” will be held at ANEWAL Gallery in Kyoto. The exhibition will showcase works and performance by Micha Deridder who is a modo formative artist, director, and lecturer at mode schools, Anne Wambergue who is a formative artist, performer, and Junko Jacgorno, a coordinator between France and Japan of the mode world.
