創業昭和39年。それ以来、伝統の味を守り続ける札幌を代表するラーメン店「すみれ」。人気はオリジナルの味噌ラーメン（750円）。その濃厚なスープはクセになる味だ。Sumire is a representative Ramen (noodle) restaurant of Sapporo which was established in 1965. The most popular Ramen is original Miso (750 yen). The taste of the rich soup will captivate you.表面のラードの膜が、スープを冷めにくくし、太ちぢれ麺がスープにほどよくからみつく。
最も混むのはお昼時だが、それを過ぎても客足は絶えない。土日は朝から行列ができることもある。忙しそうな中でも店員さんからは笑顔が消えない。接客の良さも人気の秘訣かもしれない。
