Restaurant Lupicia Niseko is an authentic restaurant opened by world’s tea/green tea shop LUPICIA. Combining contemporary European cuisine and Japanese cuisine, it serves new yet casual menus世界の紅茶・緑茶専門店「ルピシア」がニセコにオープンした初の本格的レストラン「ルピシア ニセコ」。現代ヨーロッパ料理と日本料理を融合し、こだわりの食材をふんだんに使用した、新しいけれど親しみやすいメニューを取り揃えている。
道内産の新鮮な旬の野菜やバラエティ豊かな食材を楽しめる、コースから多彩なアラカルト、手頃なランチメニューに、季節の食材を取り入れたスイーツやドリンクメニューも豊富だ。
おすすめのコースは、一例を挙げると、自家製パン、前菜盛り合わせ、本マグロの炙りと焼きのこのサラダ仕立て、白子と雲丹の茶碗蒸し、あわびのペペロンチーノ、真狩ハーブ豚とニセコ野菜のロースト、デザートと本格的な料理が楽しめる。（※メニューは2009年冬のもの。最新のメニューはお問い合わせください）
窓が大きく開放感溢れる店内に加え、夏は見晴らしの良いテラス席も利用でき、晴れた日には羊蹄山も望むことができる。11月から12月中旬まではオフシーズンのため休業、スキー場のオープンとともに再開の予定だ。

The menu includes courses, a variety of a la carte, convenient lunch menus, seasonal sweets and drink menus, all of which are made using fresh vegetables produced in Hokkaido and other various ingredients.
One of the recommended course menu comes with handmade bread, assorted appetizers, Tuna and mushroom salad, steamed egg hotchpotch, abalone peperoncino, herbed pork with roasted Niseko vegetables, and dessert. (*This course menu is from the winter 2009. Please inquire for the latest one.)
In addition to tables inside the restaurant with big windows, more terrace seats are available in summer, where you can view Mt. Yotei when it gets sunny out. The restaurant will be closed from November to the middle of December due to the off-season. It will reopen as the ski site opens.
