Yuichi Kamimura, a chef trained in Australia, moved from Sapporo Maruyama to Niseko, Hirafu in 2007 and opened the Western-style restaurant “KAMIMURA”ニセコでナンバーワンと賞されるレストラン「KAMIMURA」(カミムラ)。オーストラリアで修行を積んだ上村雄一シェフが札幌・円山から移転し、ニセコ・比羅夫に2007年にオープンした西洋料理を提供するレストランだ。ランチ・ディナーとも四季折々の地元の食材をふんだんに使ったシェフのお任せコースを堪能することができる。(冬期はディナーのみ)

Example of the Winter season full course menu include; ‘Kinki’ fish soup, Bread with Truffle butter, Potato puree with duck consomme jelly, Oysters poached in Chablis, Confit Tasmanian salmon, ‘Toro’ tuna belly with olive & eggplant, Wild boar ham with baby green cabbage, Crab claw with sweet prawn sauce, Market fish with clams, ‘Ichimura’ buckwheat & chicken risotto, Roast Wagyu with Hokkaido wasabi, Apple sorbet, Chocolate terrine with cognac ice cream.

You can enjoy an original satisfying dinning experience from the high quality ingredients used in every dish served. Enjoy nature and a relaxing time at the elegant resort facility.
