Otafuku is an Oden (Japanese Pot-au-feu) restaurant established in 1915. The soup is based on kelp and dried shredded bonito大阪の法善寺横丁からスタートし、大正４年から浅草に店を構える老舗おでんの「大多福」。昆布と鰹節、白醤油、合わせ調味料でつくられたおでん自体の味付けは薄め。
