
This year The Creators Project enlisted Richie Hawtin and Anish Kapoor as creators for this unique collaboration at one of Paris’s most inspirational museums “the Grand Palais” on June 21st. Thousands of rabid fans dancing around the sprawling art installation of legendary British sculptor Anish Kapoor. They made the documentary film and the trailer is here.

BOZAR and the photography museums of Antwerp and Charleroi presents “Beyond the Document Contemporary Belgian Photographers.” The exhibition explores the links between artistic and documentary photography; it includes works by 14 Belgian photographers and it will be held from June 29th – September 25th. Beyond the Document offers a unique snapshot, combining in a single medium, objectivity and subjectivity, fiction and reality, report and concept, document and work of art.

Bronx Museum celebrates 30th anniversary of Artist In the Marketplace(AIM) with First Aim Biennial, exhibitions and publications. Curated by Wayne Northcross + Jose Ruiz. The exhibition will feature sculptures, works on paper, video installations, photographs, and other works by the 72 participants in the 2011 AIM program. The exhibition is presented in collaboration with Wave Hill. Exhibitions Open June 26 at Bronx Museum of the Arts and Wave Hill.
