ホワイト・トラッシュ・ファーストフードは、ミッテ区にあるアメリカ人経営のクラブ／バー／レストラン。もともとはドイツ共産党の役員に人気のあった中国料理店であったThe White Trash Fast Food is an American run kitch- nichtclub, bar and restaurant in Berlin Mitte. Set up in what was once a Chinese restaurant favoured by Communist party officials, WTFF mixes chineese kitch, American 50ies nostalgia with counterculture.
The simple, almost dull diner-menu card holds typical American style fastfood- and barbecue items. There is often good live bands and a spirited, original atmosphere. The atmosphere of the untraditional place weighs up the conventionality of the cooking.
The service is somewhat unfriendly, at times good, the beer from tab comes in pitchers 1.5L (10-13 EUR) on request and is excellent. The burgers (7-8.50 EUR) probably some of the best around this part of town.
Recommendable items are The Mando Mando Nachos (6.50/7.50 EUR), Big Transh House Salad (5 EUR) or the home made soups (2.50/5 EUR). The Beef Chuck steak (280g) is a heralded standard item (14.50 EUR).
After 23.00 usually the basements “Diamond Lounge” opens and even more interesting local and international acts headlines the nights. The bar attracts a large international crowd partying well into the wee-hours. The place for the adventure seekers settling for American diner-kitchen.

さえないといってもいいくらいシンプルなメニューカードには、定番のアメリカンなファーストフードとバーベキューの品目が書かれている。とてもいい生演奏が頻繁に聴け、活き活きとした雰囲気。この非伝統的な空間と対照的に、料理はおなじみの定番が揃う。
サービスはいくぶん素っ気なさを感じるが、良い時にはリクエストすればビールが1.5リットルのピッチャーで運ばれてくる（10〜13ユーロ）。これがとてもおいしい。ハンバーガー（7〜8.50ユーロ）はおそらくこの辺りでは一番の絶品だ。
他におすすめしたいメニューは、マンボ・マンボ・ナチョス（6.50／7.50ユーロ）、ビッグ・トランシュ・ハウス・サラダ（5ユーロ）、自家製スープ（14.50ユーロ）など。ビーフ・チャック・ステーキ（280g)はお馴染みの定番メニュー（14.50ユーロ）。
23時以降になると地下にある「ダイヤモンド・ラウンジ」がオープンし、地元や海外からの楽しい余興が夜を彩る。世界中から集まった多くの客を明け方まで魅了し続けるのだ。
