シュネーヴァイセSchneeweiss
ベルリン・フリードリッヒスハインに位置する「シュネーヴァイセ」（白雪姫の意）は、世界にその名を知られているレストラン。その理由のひとつが、シュネーヴァイセLocated in Berlin-Friedrichshein Schneeweiss (which literally means “snowwhite”) has become known and internationally recognized, mostly perhaps for being a restaurant with a conceptual interior lying in Friedrichshein.
An integrated bar makes waiting a picknick. Or simply spend the after hours sipping a good selection of cocktails and beverages. The owners are South Germans which imply often a more heartfelt relationship to cooking than other parts of Germany.
The interior is all cooly white and clean as the name suggests. Courses are delicious and well prepared without being extravagant. Most dishes are directed towards the meats with a few vegetarian possibilities. Try a “Sauerbraten vom Tafelspitz” (Redwine marinated pork) (14,50EUR).
Young people hang out at Schneeweiss it is a very popular spot for the local hipsters and other temporaries in the art/music/advertising scene.

上質なバーに佇めば待ち時間はたちまちピクニックに変わる。食事のあとに、ここでおいしいカクテルや飲み物を楽しむのもよいだろう。オーナーは料理に造詣が深いことで有名な南ドイツの出身である。
店の名が示す通り、涼やかな白を基調として清潔感に溢れる内装。料理はどれもおいしく、上品で丁寧に準備されたコースばかり。主に肉料理なのでベジタリアンには少々厳しいかもしれない。「豚肉の赤ワインマリネ（14.50ユーロ)」を是非味わって欲しい。
デートを楽しむ若者でにぎわうこの店。地元のアート志向の若者や、アート／ミュージック／広告業界人にも人気の高いレストランだ。
