2008年にオープンしたクラフト・ホテルは、パレルモソーホー界隈に次いで主要とされるアルメニア・スクエアの向かいに建つホテル。Opened in 2008, Craft Hotel is opposite Armenia Square— the second in importance in so-called Palermo Soho neighbourhood.ホアキンとアグスティン・ゴッドリーブのクラフトアート、デザインを好む若い2人に寄って企業されたホテルでは、まるで自宅にいるような雰囲気を提供してくれる。
ホテルは３階建て、１階にリビングルームとファビアーナ・バレーダの作品が飾られているギャラリーがあり、同様にいくつかの部屋にも飾られている。上階には、150平方メートルのテラスから広場を眺めることが出来る。

Text: Celeste Najt Craft is the entrepreneurship of two young devotees of art and design, Joaquín and Agustín Gotlib. It offers its guests the possibility of a home-like atmosphere, combining personalized attention, details in good taste and a strategic location to get around Buenos Aires.
The hotel has three storeys. On the ground floor there is a living-room – art gallery with a work by artist Fabiana Barreda, who has also provided light paintings for several rooms, thus conveying a modern an unusual touch. On the upper floor there is a 150-square-metre terrace with a view of the square, which, according to the owners ‘represents the “suspension” point, in the sense of being a relaxation place where every other activity is postponed, but also in the sense of its being high above the treetops of the square with a multiplicity of views of the sky.’ This space is ideal to enjoy either the American breakfast the hotel offers, or a drink while watching the sun set.
