Net is the project of Alejandro Sticotti, an architect graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) who has managed to combine architecture and furniture design in his work and his products, thus creatingNET（ネット）は、ブエノスアイレス大学卒の建築家、アレハンドロ・スティコッティのプロジェクト。建築と彼の家具デザインを混合させることで、彼独自のスタイルを作り出している 。 シンプルであり繊細かつ一つ一つが唯一無二であるというモダンデザインの考え方、これを前提に彼はNETを作り上げた。
NETはパレルモという町にあり、よい趣味と機能性を兼ね揃えた場所だ。テーブル、机、椅子、ソファ、スツール、棚のセット、ベッド、ランプはこの天井の高い飾り気の無い家にあるほんのわずかの品にすぎない。販売している家具や商品の一つ一つが特別なぬくもりを抱えている。
NETのカタログは時代の移り変わりを表すかのようと例えられた縞模様で彩られ、手入れの行き届いた木の家具が収められている。そこへ、北欧デザインへの回想を合わせると、一つ一つの作品がユニークなアート作品へと変わっていく。このデザイナーの才能はこの店だけではなく、彼がデザインした他の家や店にも現れている。
ゴドイクルス通りにある店を訪れると、違う土地へ小旅行をしているのではないかという思いにかられる。それはもしかしたら、裏庭にあるジャングルのような庭園のせいかもしれないし、またはそれぞれの作品に込められたメッセージのせいなのかもしれない。

With the premise of seeking simple, sensitive and modern design in which each piece is singular, he has created Net, a store in the neighborhood of Palermo, in which good taste and functionality go hand in hand.
Tables, desks, chairs, sofas, stools, sets of shelves, beds and lamps are just a few of the items that can be found in this stripped-down recycled house with high ceilings, in which the studio headquarters are to be found.
Every piece of furniture or object on sale has a special warmth of their own. In the catalogue at Net there is a predominance of treated wood furniture in which coloured veins simulate a reflection of the passing of time, in combination with a reminiscence of Nordic design, thus turning each piece into a unique work of art. This designer’s talent can be seen not only in his store, but also in the several homes and stores he has designed.
Visiting the store on Godoy Cruz Street makes you feel on an expedition to another land, maybe because of the leafy jungle-like garden in the backyard, or maybe due to the message each and every piece manages to summarize.
