The gastronomic offer of this restaurant includes the most traditional dishes of classic French cuisine combined with a few author touches by Chef Paul Bondoux.
Among the highlighted dishes in the menu there is Foie Gras de Canard Rôti en Feuilles d’Arbres Fruitiers (foie gras grilled in fruit tree leaves), Filet de Boeuf Flambé en Salle au Poivre Noir et Cognac (loin flambéed in the dining-room with black pepper and cognac), and Daurade en Croûte de Sel au Beurre Blanc (red bream wrapped in salt with white butter). Those with a sweet tooth should try the highly recommended Crepe Suzettes (with orange butter and Grand Marnier) and Tarte Fine Tiède aux Pommes (warm thin apple pie).
