(affectionately known as ABC)焼きたてのパンの良い匂いが漂ってきたときあなたはきっとアルチザン・ブーランジェリー（愛称ABC）のドアを開けていることだろう。それと同時に温もりを感じる木や石をふんだんに使った贅沢なインテリアの店内に目を奪われるに違いない。インテリアもさることながら、当然忘れてはならないのが魅惑的なスイーツとパンである。エクレアとレモンタルトはショーケースの中で誰かに買ってもらおうと輝いているし、パンはあなたを魅了するように美しく積み重なっている。
石や木製の壁に囲まれ店内に流れるラウンジエレクトロニカ、天然酵母を使った職人のパンとたっぷりのサラダは、行き交うキリニー通りのコミュニティを眺めるのに最適なセッティング。フランスの小麦を含む高品質の食材を使用しているこのお店は、わずか６ヶ月未満の期間で経営者のエラン・メイヤーがシンガポールの５店舗に広げ、たくさんの人にパンを提供しているのも不思議ではない。
そういえば、ABCではビールとチーズもパンと一緒に楽しめることを言ってなかっただろうか？ここへ来れば、食べて、お茶をして、お酒を飲んで、一日中過ごせてしまうのだ。

Éclairs and lemon tarts glisten in the showcase as you ponder over what to pursue. Breads are stacked behind, lovely piles that call out to you.
Piped lounge electronica juxtaposed against generous salads paired with artisan sourdough breads against a wall of stone and warm timber makes for a perfect setting to watch the Killiney community go by.
Using quality ingredients, including flour from France, it is no wonder that within a short span of less than 6 months, Executive Baker Eran Mayer has brought his artisan breads to Singaporeans with 5 outlets across Singapore.
Did we mention that ABC serves a selection of beer and cheeses to go with their breads? One could probably stay here all day, eating, having tea and staying on for drinks.
