Known as cave ruins of the Post-Jomon Period (Yayoi – Kofun Period) discovered in the town of Yoichi Hokkaido, the Fugoppe Cave is the one of the largest cave ruins in Japan北海道余市町に続縄文文化（弥生〜古墳時代）の洞窟遺跡がある。フゴッペ洞窟と名付けられたその遺跡には約800点を数える刻画（岩に刻まれた絵）があり、その規模は国内最大級である。フゴッペ洞窟は1950（昭和25）年に発見
