The Porter Classic in Fukuoka has been opened in MINORITYREV Hirao as a second store in March 2009.
After selected for New York Designers Collective as the first Japanese in 1981「ポータークラシック（Porter Classic）」、東京銀座店に続く２号店となる福岡店が、「MINORITYREV（マイノリティレッブ）」平尾店内に2009年3月、オープンした。
ポータークラシックは、1981年に日本人として初めて「ニューヨーク・デザイナーズ・コレクティブ」に選出された後、吉田カバンにて名作タンカー（TANKER）シリーズをはじめ、数々の鞄を生み出してきたデザイナー、吉田克幸と、作家／写真家として幅広く活躍する息子、吉田玲雄によって2007年に設立。メイド・イン・ジャパンにこだわり抜き、流行にとらわれず永く愛される、世界基準でスタンダードなモノ作りを目指し、鞄だけではなく、ウェアや雑貨など幅広く展開している。

Aiming to create the world standard products that are loved by all people for long time, they commit to producing the made-in-Japan products including wide range of bags, clothing lines and etc.
