Nuss Hotel embodies a new hotel proposal. The hotel was opened in February 2009 in the heart of the neighbourhood of Palermo Soho. Interior decorator Sofía Camps and architect Diego Rosa「ナース・ホテル」は今までにない新しい要素を持ったホテルとして2009年2月、パレルモ・ソーホーの中心地に誕生した。設計・内装を担当したインテリア・デコレーターであるソフィア・カンポスと建築家ディエゴ・ローザスが考えたのは、元々スペイン様式の女子修道院である建物の趣はそのままに、そこへさらに現代的な新しい要素を加えるということであった。
全部で22部屋ある客室は3階に分かれており、元は回廊だった場所が現在は中庭となっている。このホテル一番の魅力的な施設はラウンジチェアが並んだプールがあるテラスであり、ブエノスアイレスの夏を過ごすにはぴったりの場所となっている。他にも、サウナやジム、マッサージが楽しめるスパやゆったりとしたひと時を楽しめるエリアも併設されている。
また、食事も他とは一風変わった趣を呈しており、低カロリーのメニューが注文できるだけでなく、お茶を飲んで一服したり、食前に一杯お酒を楽しむこともできる。さらにスタッフ全員が過去に一流ホテルでの勤務経験を持っており、それゆえサービスも非常に質の高いものになっている。
またブエノスアイレスの流行発信地であるパレルモソーホー周辺には数多くのお店やレストランが集まっているため、観光にも最適である。

Translation: Yuki Mines’ idea was to maintain the original aspect of the existing building – a Spanish-style nunnery – while providing it with contemporary style.
The hotel has 22 modern-eclectic-style rooms which are distributed in 3 floors and joined in a central courtyard – the old cloister. The most interesting part of the complex is its terrace, where there is a swimming-pool with loungers, which are ideal to make the most of the warm summer weather in Buenos Aires. In addition, there is a spa offering a sauna, a gymnasium, massages and an area for relaxation.
As regards gastronomy, Nuss offers an interesting proposal: the Deli Lobby Lounge, where low-calorie menus, tea cups, aperitifs, etc, can be tried. The room service is also excellent. All the staff has had previous experience working for other first-class hotels, thus ensuring outstanding attention to guests.
