Eliana Trotta has a special sense of good living. On December, 2010, this girl opened a store in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, a gastronomic deli-boutique she called ‘Pani’, which is in fact her nicknameエリアナ・トロッタは、良いライフスタイルを送ることに格別のセンスを持ち合わせている。2010年12月、彼女は「パニ」という自身のあだ名からつけられた、美食のデリカテッセンをパレルモ・ハリウッドの中心に開いた。
彼女が起業するに至ったアイディアは、良いライフスタイルを送る、ということに対する彼女の情熱の結果だった。『パニは、料理、美しい場所、おいしくて、すばらしいものに対する私の愛情から湧き出ました。旅行先から、ブエノスアイレスにおいて、私の知る限りでは、食べる、働く、休息する、友達と会う、ショッピングをするという快適な状況を総合的に提供する場所はありませんでした。それらに注目して一つに覆うことができるかもしれない場所』とエリアナは言う。そして、彼女がその場所を見事に実現化した事は明白だ。パニのメニューは仰天するほどで、 サンドイッチ、サラダ、パイ、ペーストリー、パン、アイスクリームは、すべて店の自家製だ。
甘いものと口直しを食べることは最高だ。ベジタリアンサンドウィッチ、ハーブのフガッツァ、パリッとしたカマンベール、グリルで焼かれたタマネギ、マリネードにつけられたトマトとロケット菜、それらは言いようのない喜びだ。またエスピナコッタは、もう一つのオプションだ。—パルメザンミルフィーユ、リコッタ、ナッツやほうれん草。甘い楽しみを一つだけ選択することは不可能に近い。また、ホワイトチョコレート、パッションフルーツ、そしてレッドフルーツブラウニーと同じくらい、キーライムパイも間違いなくマストメニューだ。これらの楽しみを味わうためには、ティーソロフィーのブレンド茶または果物水以上に合うドリンクはないだろう。
パニは、あなたの朝食、昼食または夕食を存分に満たすにはまさに理想の場所だ。

The idea for this entrepreneurship was a consequence of her passion for good life: ‘Pani has sprung from my love for cooking, lovely places, “the tasty” and nice things. From my trips and from noticing that in Buenos Aires, to my knowledge, there was no place with a holistic offer: somewhere in which eating, working, resting, being with friends and going shopping could be pleasant situations. A place where one could be smothered with attentions’- Eliana says. And it is clear she has attained her goal: the menu at Pani is astounding: sandwiches, salads, pies, pastries, bakery and ice-cream are all homemade at the store.
It is best to try both the sweet and the savoury: the veggie sandwich – herb figazza, camembert crisp, grilled onions, marinated tomatoes and rocket – is an indescribable delight. The espinacota is another option – parmesan millefeuille, ricotta, nuts and spinach. Picking just one of the sweet delights seems impossible; certainly the Key Lime Pie is a must, as is the white chocolate, passion fruit and red fruit Brownie.To go with these delights, there is no better choice than a blend of Tealosophy tea, or fruit water.
Pani is ideal to eat your fill either for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
