オーナーシェフ、アントニーノ・レンティーニ氏はシチリア島の最西端に位置するマグロで有名な漁村、トラバニ出身。日本にも高品質なマグロが輸出され、魚料理を好みカルパッチョなど生魚を食する習慣やAn owner chef of Ristorante da Nino, Antonino Lentini is from Trapani, where is famous for tuna fishing and located at the westernmost point of Sicilian.「鰯のベッカフィーコ・シチリア風パン粉焼き」「シチリアの伝統的な鰯のパスタ」など、シチリア料理と日本料理にはそんな海の恩恵にさずかった共通の食材も。

As Trapani’s tuna is imported to Japan, both Sicilian and Japanese cuisines are in common with the use of seafood, like fish carpaccio and using sardines.

Chef Antonino loves to cook since his childhood. Instead of toys he started to collect cook books and at the age of 14, he started his career as a cook. His traditional Sicilian cuisine isn’t arranged at all. It is truly a traditional and cooked with fresh seafood mainly from Tsukigi and Sicilian and around the world. Before, he has cooked for the Pope during his stay at Sicilian.

Dinner course starts from 8,000 yen. You can select your favorite food from the food rack at the entrance. A wide variety of Sicilian wines over 270 kinds. “Enjoy a real Sicilian cuisine anyways”, says the chef. Focaccia, Dolce, Arancello are all own made. There are only 20 seats in Nogizaka.
