The full Dubai experience cannot be had without visiting At The Top. A futuristic, high-speed lift – traveling at 10 meters per second – will take you to levels 124 and 125, where you can enjoy stunning, panoramic views of Dubai. On Level 124, high-resolution video screens embedded into the floor show a bird’s-eye-view of Dubai, traveling across the skyline from one landmark to another.ドバイを心行くまで堪能したければ、ブルジュ・ハリファの展望台「アット・ザ・トップ」は外せない。秒速10mで上昇する未来的なデザインの高速エレベーターで124階と125階に行けば、圧倒的な素晴らしさを誇るドバイの街並みのパノラマ・ビューを楽しめる。また124階の高画素フロアースクリーンには、ドバイのランドマークのスカイラインを次から次へと飛び回る鳥の目から見た映像が映し出される。
インタラクティブなマルチメディアを使った一連のインスタレーションは、カナダに拠点を置くデザイン会社「GSMプロジェクト」が手がけた。たった70年の間に砂漠沿岸の漁村であったドバイがいかにして、世界でも有数の超現代的な都市に変貌を遂げたかを垣間見ることができるだろう。
さらに特別な体験をしたいならば、上層階にあるVIP用展望台ラウンジ「SKY」に行くのがオススメだ。2014年、148階に追加されたこのVIPラウンジは、地上555mという世界一高い展望台としての新記録を樹立した。こちらのラウンジは、無料の軽食サービス、屋外テラス、そしてインタラクティブなマルチメディア都市を楽しめるツアー体験を提供しており、呼び物となっている。
冬の時期は、毎週金曜日と土曜日の午前5:30からオープンし、日の出を楽しむ事ができる。このサンライズチケットを持っていれば、カフェで朝8:00まで、心温まる朝食サービスを楽しむことが出来る。早起きは三文の徳、ということだ。訪れる際は、事前の予約を強くお勧めしたい。

To make the experience even more special, go even further up the building to lounge and VIP observation deck, Sky. Setting a new record for the world’s highest observation deck at 555m, the VIP level on the 148th floor was added in 2014. It features a lounge with complimentary refreshments, outdoor terrace and interactive multimedia city tour experiences.
During winter season, the sunrise visits occur every Friday and Saturday morning from 5:30am. The early bird gets the worm; sunrise ticket holders can also enjoy a hearty complimentary breakfast at The Café until 8:00am. Booking in advance is strongly recommended.
