ロス・アンジェルスの西側にあるベニス・ビーチ。1970年代にはドッグ・タウンと呼ばれていたこの地域には、ヒッピーやスケーター、サーファー等の米西海岸を代表するストリート・カルチャーが盛んであると同時に治安の悪い地域でもあった。tortoise has been started by a wife and a husband of keiko and taku shinomoto in the end of Oct.2003, who moved in Los Angeles from Tokyo, Japan in June, 2003.
