1897年にオープンしたカフェ/レストラン「４ギャッツ」は、100年以上インテリとアーティストが集まる場所として歴史を築いてきた。When I was asked to write an article about the restaurant and café “Els Quatre Gats”,I wasn’t sure if I wanted to recommend this place.

「ダーラヘスト・カフェ」の「ダーラへスト」とは、スウェーデン語で「ダーラナ馬」という意味。ダーラナ馬は、スウェーデン中部のダーラナ地方の伝統工芸である木彫りの馬のことを指し、スウェーデンを代表するシンボル“Dalahast” means Dalarna Horse in Swedish, which is a representative symbol in Sweden that is carved wooden horse traditionally made in Dalarna
