The Hotel is located right in the city center. Beyond the hotel itself Nordic Light is a platform of ideas. Different events and gatherings are hosted by the hotel. Many parties within fashion week are related to them.
The Light Bar & lounge is also a good hang-out in town. Actually they run a Friday session with Djs and there is an annex bar called fLiM, the only ambient club in Stockholm with live sessions and visuals. A room for meetings and parties is reserved on the top of the building where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the urban landscape.
In a part of the lobby of the hotel we find “The White Room” (photo), a perfect scene for creative meetings. Its interior design have an all-white theme and the four
Bang & Olufsen 42” flat screens mounted on the walls can be used for all kinds of visual shows such as video art and presentations.
Another experience you will find there is to stimulate your body with the light therapy. It seems the infrared light increases your blood circulation, detoxifies and reduces swelling/oedema.
