Tucked away at a prominent junction between Tanglin Road and Orchard Road is a well-kept brunch secret. With no frontage along the main street, one transverses through a butchery or hidden stairs to reach this gemタングリンロードとオーチャードロードの交わる場所にひっそりと快適にブランチができる隠れ家がある。メインストリートに面していない肉屋を横切るか、隠れた階段を通ると、その素敵なお店に辿りつく。ベルギースタイルのこのお店に入ると、焼きたてのパンの香りが漂う。ナシムヒルのブランチは、とてもユニークだ。焼きたてのパンやボリュームたっぷりのエッグベネディクトとともにグリムベルゲンビールというベルギーの生ビールを楽しむことができる。
こういった組み合わせはインテリアにも反映されており、窓ガラスはグリム修道院に敬意を表するデザイン、支えには大きくて重い黒の大理石が敷き詰められ、中央が共有スペースになっている。その周りでパンをシェアしながら食べているお客さんの、にぎやかな会話が聞こえてくる間、端に置かれたグリムゲンビールが注がれるサーバーは止まることがない。
この新しいスタイルは、ビストロとバーの両方を楽しめる場所となっている。ニョニャ料理（マレー料理と中国料理のミックス）から影響を受け、カレーとワインやグリムベルゲンビールの組み合わせを応用したパンが、店の香り、そのスピリットとともにナシム・ヒルを成りたたせているのだ。

Translation: Hiroko Nakagawa. Whiffs of freshly baked goods fill the air when you uncover this Belgium gem. You see, Nassim Hill adds a unique twist to its brunch. Grimbergen beer on draught is available to accompany the selection of freshly baked breads and hearty eggs benedict.
This unique juxtaposition is reflected in its interiors where glass panes pay homeage to the Grimbergen Abby, and anchoring the space lays a massive shard of black marble, forming a central communal space. Around it, partake in the sharing bread, or revel in merry conversations where the Grimbergen keeps flowing at the beer tap located at the end.
The twist goes on where the space doubles as a bistro and bar. Nyonya (Straits Chinese) inspired curry paired with wine or Grimbergen infused bread brings Nassim hill alive with its aroma and spirit.
