Established in 2009 by Katja Chernova originally as an online platform, Ti Pi Tin is a project space dedicated to selling, supporting and promoting publications made by artists2009年にカツャ・チェルノワによって設立されたオンラインプラットフォーム「ティピティン」は、アーティストによる刊行物における販売や支援，大衆へのプロモーションに特化したプロジェクトスペースだ。
彼らのショップでは、自主制作や自費出版といった限定版の書籍に始まり、少数だけプレスされたモノグラフ，ジャーナル，ジンまで多岐にわたる刺激的かつ活気に溢れたセレクションでもって取り扱いを行なっている。
また、トークや上映，訪れた人々に機会を提供することを目的としたソーシャルギャザリング，現代的で自主性のあるアート発表について意見を交わすための勉強会といった精力的なイベントを発展させる活動もしている。
