「HOTEL ANTEROOM KYOTO」は、京都の今を表現するアート&カルチャーが集まる場所をコンセプトに、国内外を問わず世界中から京都を訪れる人のためのホテルと、そこに暮らす人のためのアパートメントが同居した空間となっている。
ホテルを訪れる人には、友人の集う場に遊びに来たような居心地の良さと、京都の街へ出る支度をする場、そして、アパートメントで暮らす人には、新しい刺激に満ちた日々を通じて、次の出会いへとつながっていくような暮らしの場を提供する。
