A restaurant bar Lafitte’s Blacksmith Shop is becoming a new place福岡は古くから音楽が盛んな街として知られている。音楽が楽しめるレストラン・バー「LAFITTE’S BLACKSMITH SHOP（ラフィッツ・ブラックスミス・ショップ）」は、ベイエリアの新名所となりつつある。ロケーションも良く、日が長い夏場には港の夕景を眺めながらオープンテラスで食事など、街中にありながらリゾート気分も味わえる。
オーナー自身が現在も音楽活動をしながら営業しており、様々なジャンルのライブが行なわれている。ラフィッツがあるのは、D-WING BAY TOWERという高層マンションの２階。こういったところで音楽が楽しめるというのは、音楽文化に寛大な福岡ならではだろう。
