沢村日菜Hina Sawamura
Hina Sawamura is a florist who has opened a flower shop Tsumugi in Hakata in 2005 as a place for her own expression. She has been actively working for various fields such as planting for shops, displaysショップの生け込みや、ディスプレイ、ブライダルなどでも活躍中のフローリスト、沢村日菜さん。2005年に自分自身の表現の場として博多区御供所町にオープンした花屋「月麦（つむぎ）」では、その時々に気に入った花を仕入れ、ディスプレイしている。季節の移り変わりとともに花を楽しむという、日本古来の文化を今に引継ぎ提案を行っている、日本人らしい花屋である。
まずはじめに自己紹介お願いします。
花屋「月麦（つむぎ）」を2005年秋にオープンしました。“お店で花を売る”…それが主な仕事です。人の気持ちを花で表現したり、伝えたり、イメージを作ったりしています。また、毎月「はなあそび」と題して、季節のお花を気軽に楽しめる時間を作っています。
「花屋」とはいっても植物を扱っているという気持ちが強いです。花はもちろん、葉っぱ、茎、根っこ、実…と、どれもいとおしく、移ろいゆく様が美しいと感じています。季節の植物に触れることを通して、日々植物から感動をもらっています。植物のエネルギーを伝えていける花屋でありたい、と思っています。
お店について教えてください。どんなお店ですか？
花をきれいに並べるというより、月麦の空間を作っているという意識でディスプレイしています。花と対話しながら絵を描いているような、感覚に近いです。植物の気を月麦で感じてほしいと思っています。生き物を扱っているので、常に自然に敬意を払い、花の個性を引き出してあげたいです。
お店のある御供所町について教えてください。
御供所町は、博多の下町風情が残る、たくさんのお寺に囲まれた静かなところにあります。お寺好きな私にとって、また自分の表現の場として、共に変化し成長できる場として、しっくりくる場所でした。近くに聖福寺という、日本最古の禅寺があるため、外国からの観光客もちらほら見かけます。博多の街中にありながら、下町らしい近所の付き合いが色濃く残る御供所町。「何故、こんなところに花屋が！？」…と随分色々な方から言われましたが、この町が好きなので、月麦が自然にこの町に溶け込んでいればいいな、と思います。
福岡でおすすめの場所を教えてください。
福岡には好きな場所が沢山あります。でも、特に気に入っているところは、やはり聖福寺です。一番身近だし、聖福寺が好きでお店の場所を決めたくらいですから。広い境内を散歩すると、落ち着くし、元気をもらえます。
今後の予定を教えてください。
昨年、住まいを郊外の田舎に移しました。自然が多く、星がきれいなところで、四季を感じることができます。もともと土いじりが好きなので、これから少しずつ自分の庭で植物を育てていきたいと思っています。それがお店に飾れるようになるのを夢みています。

Please introduce yourself.
I opened a flower shop Tsumugi in the fall of 2005. My main work is to sell flowers at the shop. I express and deliver people’s feeling with flowers and try to make images with them. I also hold time titled as Hanaasobi to enjoy seasonal flowers casually every month.
I feel I’m taking care for plants rather than flowers. I think I love all part of flowers including leaves, stems, roots and fruits that each part of it is very beautiful. I am always impressed by plants of the season through times to take care for them. I’d like to keep the flower shop to deliver energy of plants.
Please tell us about Tsumugi.
I try to display to make Tsumugi’s own world rather than to organize flowers neatly. I think it’s like drawing a picture communicating with flowers. I want people to feel the essence of plants at Tsumugi. I like to pull out characteristic of each living flower always respecting to nature.
Please tell us about the area Gosho-machi where the shop is located.
Gosho-machi is an old town located in a quiet area of Hakata where is surrounded by many temples. As I love temples, it was the best match place to change and grow together as a place for my expression. I see many foreign tourists around the town since there is one of the oldest Zen temples, Shofukuji. Gosho-machi is an old town so people are curious why there is a flower shop there. Since I love this place, I hope Tsumugi will naturally blend with the town.
Please share your favorite places in Fukuoka with us.
There are many favorite places in Fukuoka. But I like Shofukuji the best, since it’s neighbor of the shop. First of all I decided the shop location because I like Shofukuki. I feel relaxed and get powers as walking around the site in the temple.
What’s your upcoming plan?
I moved my house to the countryside last year. I can feel seasons with many stars shining above in a full of nature. I like to do planting so I’m going to grow plants at my garden. I dream of displaying the grown plants at my shop.
