It is located in an exceptional 17th century landmark on the “Keizersgracht”, one of the city’s famous canals and in the heart of the 9-streets shopping district, creating a stylish residence for every purpose.
A remarkable amount of the city’s history has taken place in the complex where The Dylan now stands. Dramatic art plays an important part as in 1612, Doctor Samuel Coster founded a theatre called the “Duytsche Academie” in the building.
There are several meeting places that are suitable for various occasions. The Long Gallery was formerly the orphans’ playroom. The most remarkable color here now is the big grass-green carpet. Elegant space and sophisticated colors make this room, which overlooks the beautiful garden, another highlight of The Dylan. The perfect setting for a cup of coffee, before a gruelling day of shopping or a glass of refreshing champagne at the end of your business meeting.
The Dylan Hotel have a fitness room with various “cardio fitness equipment”. The opening times are from 7:00 – 23:00 and this service is free for our hotel guests.
