A design studio Proef will open restaurant Proef Amsterdam at beautiful location at Amsterdam’s Westergasfabriek on June 17th, 2010アムステルダムの人気スポット、ウェステルガス・ファブリーク。その美しい公園の中に建つデザインスタジオ「プルーフ」が、2010年6月17日にレストランを再オープンする。
ブランケットや心地よいクッション、ソファや椅子。どれでもお好みの席を選んで、美味しい野菜料理を満喫しよう。チキンを味わいながらおしゃべりするも良し。２人がけのテーブルは、少人数での打ち合わせにも、同僚とカクテルを楽しむのにもぴったり。食事の後に屋外の焚火でリラックスするのも素敵だし、公園の中に出かけて行ってお気に入りの場所で食事をするのもいい。「プルーフ」のすぐ目の前にあるロマンティックな池は、スタッフおすすめのとっておきスポットだ。
ピクニックスタイルで提供される美味しい料理はすべて、地元で収穫した旬の有機野菜で作られる。そして忘れてはならないのが「公園内で一番」を誇る最高のカクテル。旬のディナーセットは24ユーロと、お財布にもやさしい。
結婚パーティーや会議、そのほか大小あらゆるニーズに合わせたケータリングも展開。さらに特別な日のケータリングも、国内から海外まで受け付ける。レストランの営業は火曜日から日曜日までで、バーは16:00から、ディナーは18:00からの営業。支払いはPINのみ。より詳しい情報は、ウェブサイトをチェックしよう。
予約は必要ないが、もしも店内の席がいっぱいだったなら美しい公園全体がレストラン。料理を持って素敵なスポットを見つけてみよう。

Grab a blanket, a nice cushion, sofa or chair and enjoy yourself in their vegetable garden. Come and chat with the chickens, grab a table for two for a small business talk, or take your colleagues along for a cocktail. Get cozy by their outdoor fireplace after your meal or wander off into the park and enjoy your meal at a spot of your choice. They also recommend enjoying your meal by the lovely romantic water basin right in front of Proef.
They serve great food made with organic, seasonal and local ingredients in a picnic style. And their seasonal set dinner menu is only €24,00.
They are still available for small and large catering services for weddings, meetings and other occasions. In addition, they cater for special occasions in The Netherlands and abroad. You can check their website for more information on their services.
Reservations are not required but if all their seats all full you can take your meal to go on your plate and enjoy it anywhere in the park.
