The MOMO Restaurant, Bar & Lounge become an Amsterdam’s hot spots since its opened door in Summer 2008. This exiting new concept is combine the flavours and colours of the Far East レストラン・バー、「MOMO（モモ）」は、2008年のオープン以来、アムステルダムのホットスポットの１つになっている。コンセプトは、東洋の色彩や味と西洋の洗練さの融合。
いくつものレストランで腕を磨いたシェフ、アントニー・サウサ・タムから生み出される革新的なメニューは、日本食やタイなどのアジアンフードとアメリカ、フレンチなどを融合したもの。
BKアーキテクツによるインテリアデザインもメニュー同様カラフルな色使いと素材の組み合わせで他に無いものになっている。
場所も、アムステルダム中心部のフォンデル・パーク近に面するパーク・ホテルの１階と、美術館やショッピングなどが一緒に楽しめるのでおすすめだ。

Taking its name from the Japanese meaning for blossom and beauty, MOMO is a fresh new creation to be experienced. The innovative menu has been designed by executive chef, Anthony Sousa Tam, previously chef of a number of fine dining restaurants. Using only the very best ingredients, Anthony uniquely draws inspiration from Asian cuisine including Japanese and Thai as well as other corners of the globe such as South America and France.
Designed by award-winning interior design firm, BK Architects, MOMO redefines the traditional bistro space. In keeping with its name and menus, the interior is fresh, energetic, buzzing, updated and smart. The design language is built upon centuries of classical bistro spaces, but MOMO brings a modern new dimension with clean and brightly refined colours and textures – perfectly suiting for this global city.
This hip new venue is located in the heart of the city’s chic quarter, opposite Vondel park, close to the famous designer shops and museums, and on the ground floor of the magnificent Park Hotel which has just undergone a huge refurbishment. By day it offers an oasis for shoppers, business and leisure travelers.
By night it’s the place for the cool, the cosmopolitan and the adventurous.
