The Ciel Bleu offers seating for up to 76 guests. Two elegant private rooms are available, Salon Panor­a­mique and the Starlight Room. These rooms are per­fect for pri­vate or bus­i­ness din­n­ers.

Since January 2003 Onno Kokmeijer has been in charge on the 23rd floor as the Executive Chef & Manager of the Ciel Bleu Restaurant. His ambition is to continuously innovate the concept and present his dishes in a unique surprising way.

Onno Kokmeijer and his ambitious kitchen team belong to the top of the Dutch gastronomy. Ever since he is Executive Chef, he left no stone unturned in establishing a high quality restaurant with an own unique style. In 2005 the restaurant received its first Michelin star, and since 2007 the restaurant has been awarded with two Michelin stars. Kokmeijer is renowned for his indefatigable striving for topmost quality, and for his constant energy in extending his own boundaries and developing his style. A starred chef with a mission.
