1. Playback 2002. I had an approach run. I spent the first half of the year 2002 in the usual way but I had an approach run to have new growth in my project "Numero Duex", that hits its 4th year this year. Not only introducing the creative information in Sapporo, but also I hope to do original activities, such as producing and distributing events, free papers and goods with artists. 2. Movement!#1 I produced a live event of Sapporo-based-musicians, Roba Rappa and Slowly Minute at cafe "Cafe de biz cube" on Sunday the 20th of October. Rocket Design created the flyers, the original free papers. Having a collaboration at an event is popular nowadays but I concentrate on producing them with a simple concept "presenting good artists at a comfortable place" rather than that sort of stylish one. I think my concept worked well. I had a positive feeling. 3. MAGNET (a free magazine) A long time has passed since I stopped to make a free paper. It is just a simple one but I found it fun to find a difference from the web. It takes time but I feel I am enjoying that complex activity. It also costs a bit but I hope to distribute it bimonthly more than one year. I take the quality of the information seriously on the web, so I would like to have fun in the paper. I am thinking of distributing it mainly cafes in Sapporo. 4. RGB This is a project of Sapporo's culture magazine "Tiger Magazine" and my site Numero Duex participated in this as a producer in order to release a single CD with an amateur vocalist girl. As a label, I have produced a band in Sapporo and distributed their CD 6 years ago. This time, I found the CD producing process (including printing stuff) has become easier because there used to be no CD-Rs before. Unlike this, a distribution environment has changed nothing and there is still no effective way to distribute CDs in the Indies scene. I would like to form up a stable distribution root through this CD "RGB", which was released from Numero Duex's label "Nexport". In the near future, releasing not only music, but also CD and DVD of motions and photos is my ambition. I have to do business first, though! 5. Conclusion I did many things in this year. I am a lazy man, don't like to get tired and I am not friendly at all but I hope to continue everything as much as I can. In 2002, I participated in others' projects a lot but the year 2003 seems to be busy with my projects. It is a great fun to carry on things with my direction. Sometimes it's really hard but I can do it!
